However, aging really does affect flexibility, strength, bone density and bring a higher risk of illness. A lack of flexibility can make normal daily activities more difficult and also lead to reduced mobility over time.

Luckily, our yoga retreat can help you improve flexibility, breathe better and become more relaxed and mindful, and generally make changes towards a healthier lifestyle. You will be encouraged to exercise, meditate and participate at a level that suits you.
