Restaurant

Poliang Bistro

Poliang in Northern Thai means the owner of a big business, mostly used to refer to the tobacco processing business owner in the past.

Herbs and vegetables are the mainstays of the resort's agricultural output and in between these old buildings are gardens of chilies, sweet basil and countless other herbs capable of adding that famous bite to the sumptous Thai and Lanna food served from the kitchen located in one of the old kilns in the resort.

The tropical style restaurant, in the entrance area, entices passers by and guests alike with its decorated wooden furniture in rural style. The gorgeous restaurant serves delicious local northern cuisine. Enjoy a variety of Thai - Chinese menus and typical northern dishes in pleasant surroundings with a forest-cooled, open-air, relaxed atmosphere.
